Excellcreates ("I", "me", "my") is a graphic design studio. This page explains what information is collected when you visit excellcreates.com or contact me, and how it is used.
Information I collect
- Information you give me. When you message me on WhatsApp or email, I receive your name, phone number or email address, and any details you share about your project.
- Website usage data. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects anonymous information such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location and which buttons are clicked (for example, WhatsApp buttons).
How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and deliver design work you order.
- To send quotes, invoices and project files.
- To improve the website and my services.
- To measure and improve advertising, if I run ads that send visitors to this site.
I do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This site links to WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Analytics are provided by Google. Hosting and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare. These providers may process data as described in their own policies.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your light or dark theme preference. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.
How long I keep information
I keep project messages and files only as long as needed to deliver and support the work, and for my business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, in line with applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
